UNSAFE ACT
Unsafe act is any activity or task that is conducted in manner which increase the probabilities of an accident.
UNSAFE CONDITION
A condition in the workplace that is likely to cause property damage or injury.
NEAR MISS
A near miss is an unplanned event that did not result in injury, illness or damage, but had a potential to do so.
ACCIDENT
Undesired event that results in physical harm to a person or damage to property.
